With 53 locations, we know that we've got to work hard at communicating with all of our employees. We do this in a number of ways;

Intranet

Our excellent, colourful Intranet is the hub of all daily information for colleagues. It's a mine of useful information and facilities together with up-to-date results for all our sales teams.

Team Talk

Every month, our Chief Executive, Peter Richardson, gives a team talk on key business results and issues to groups of colleagues around Duffield. Informal in style, the aim is to get the message across and answer any questions colleagues might have about the Society's business plans.

Inside Out

Our quarterly staff magazine 'Inside Out' is written by colleagues for colleagues. It's packed with fun and informative articles about what we've been up to around the business.

Buddy System

To make sure our people at Duffield head office and branches work together, we've introduced a buddy system in 2005. All our managers and directors have buddy branches that they keep in touch with and visit during the year.

ComZones

Around our Duffield site, you'll find brightly coloured ComZones showing how we are doing against our business targets and how the change projects are progressing.
