Our reputation for customer service is built upon the thousands of acts of service performed by our people every day. So, when someone does go the extra mile for customers or colleagues, we like to say thank you through our recognitions schemes.

Golden Envelopes

Each month we receive compliments and nominations from customers and colleagues about a member of staff who has done something an extra bit special. To show our thanks, we present a Golden Envelope award, which offers colleagues the choice of wine, chocolate, gift vouchers, beauty treatments or a meal out with their partner.

CEO Awards

At the end of each year, we ask our people to nominate the outstanding colleagues in the business for our prestigious CEO Awards. These include Employee of the Year, Sales Professional of the Year, Coach of the Year, Sales Team of the Year, Service Team of the Year and Ambassador of the Year, recognising those who have put something back into the community.

Long Service Awards

We value loyalty and make sure we celebrate with those colleagues who have been with us for 25 years and when they retire, by presenting them with a gift of their choice.

Introduce a Friend

We're always keen to hear about friends and family who are looking for a career in financial services. For those who introduce a new colleague to The Derbyshire, we pay a substantial cash thank you.
