Once you've either successfully completed a telephone interview or we've expressed an interest in your CV, we'll invite you to come and meet us.

For retail sales and call centre roles, you'll be invited to a recruitment event that will help us match your skills and talents to those we're looking for - don't worry it's quite painless and you may even enjoy it!

For other roles we use a variety of assessment tools, which may include:- competency-based interview, presentations and aptitude tests.
