Help Treetops Hospice build a new care centre
We think that supporting the Treetops Hospice is a great idea. Not only do you reap the benefits of a competitive savings account, you can also help Treetops Hospice provide specialist palliative care to adults with life limiting illnesses. Treetops Hospice offers a fantastic level of care to local communities in Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire. Cancer, Multiple Sclerosis and heart disease are just some of the illnesses Treetops Hospice provides palliative care for. For every £100 you save, we will donate £1 if you keep that £100 in the account continuously for 1 year.
Over the last four years, demand for the Treetops Hospice services has more than doubled and they are now raising money to build a new £2.5 million care centre. The new centre will include vastly improved day care facilities, enabling Treetops Hospice to support hundreds more people each year. The quality of life for patients will be improved, giving them a real choice to be cared for at home in the local community.
Support Treetops by taking part in the Nottingham Half Marathon
The Nottingham Half Marathon takes place on the 14th September 2008. Treetops Hospice Ripple Appeal is recruiting runners to join their team and raise money for a fabulous cause at the same time. As Derbyshire Building Society supports the Treetops Hospice, when you are ready to hand over your sponsorship money, you can visit any Derbyshire branch and pay it directly into the Treetops account. You can do this by downloading the attached slip here (PDF) and passing to a member of staff with your sponsorship money.
