If you have already applied for a Web Saver account we must receive your signed Application Form and Cheque by 19 August 2008.  Applications received after this date may not be opened.

 

Account features
  • Online access to your account.
  • Interest rate includes a 1% bonus for the first year.
  • £1,000 minimum investment and account balance (£500,000 max).
  • £100,000 maximum withdrawal per day (£100 min).
  • 4 withdrawals can be made per year.
  • Variable Interest Rate.
  • Interest paid to the account on 30 June.

Conditions

  • Accounts can only be opened in a single name, joint accounts are not permitted.
  • 16yrs minimum age.
  • 1 account per customer.
  • 1st Deposit must be by cheque.
  • Future deposits paid by Standing Order.
  • Withdrawals to be made to your nominated bank account.
  • We reserve the right to convert your account to our iSaver account if you make more than 4 withdrawals per year.

How it works

Opening: Apply online and open your account from £1,000
Pay money in: Opening investment must be by cheque further payments by electronic transfer, for example Standing Order, BACS, CHAPS.
Take money out: By electronic transfer to a nominated account. Minimum withdrawal amount £100. Maximum amount £100,000 per working day. Transfers between Derbyshire Building Society saving accounts are not permitted
Easy to manage: Access your account whenever you want via the internet, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year

Once you have decided the account is right for you simply apply online and complete the quick and easy application form. All the details will be explained to you as you go.

If this is the first account you have online with us, once your Web Saver is opened, we will write to you with your account number, User ID and Activation Key. You will then be able to log in using your security information and manage your account online at any time. If you already hold an online account, your new Web Saver will simply appear in your Account Summary when you next sign in.
